Billing rules
Terms
- Token — Token – a unit of measurement for AI-generated text output. Tokens are not cryptocurrency, digital financial assets, or a means of payment.
- Request — Request – a single query to the AI via the Platform interface.
- Subscription — Subscription – access under a service agreement for 30 calendar days.
Payment procedures
- Payment through a secure payment provider (100% prepayment).
- PRO and BUSINESS plans are paid 30 days in advance. There are no automatic charges — renew with a new payment.
- 3 days and 1 day before the paid period ends you get an email with a payment link. Paying before the period ends adds 30 days to it.
- If the period is not paid, the plan runs 1 more day on its remaining budget, then moves to FREE. A payment at any time restores the plan for 30 days.
- Prices are shown in rubles for Russia and Belarus, and in US dollars for all other countries.
Refund policy
- Subscription: the subscription fee is non-refundable.
- Add-on packs: refund proportional to unused tokens.
- Refund request: service@wumu.ru. Timeline: 3-30 business days.
